These rules apply to the Instant Loans SA survey prize draw. By entering, you agree to them. You can ask us for a free copy at any time.
The prize
- One winner of R3,000 cash in each draw.
- Paid by bank transfer into a South African bank account in the winner’s own name. The prize can’t be transferred or exchanged.
When the draws take place
- The first draw is open from 4 November 2026 until 23:59 on 31 December 2026.
- After that, there is one draw every calendar quarter: January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December. Each draw closes at 23:59 (South African time) on the last day of the quarter.
- We’ll run draws every quarter until we announce on this page that the draw has ended. Ending the draw won’t affect entries already received for the current draw.
Who can enter
- South African residents aged 18 or over.
- You can’t win if you’re a director, employee, agent or consultant of Instant Loans SA or of anyone supplying services for this draw, or if you’re the spouse, partner, business associate or immediate family member of such a person.
How to enter
- Answer the three survey questions on our website, then enter your full name, mobile number and email address.
- Entry is free. You don’t need to apply for a loan or buy anything.
- One entry per person per draw. Entries using a mobile number or email address that has already entered the same draw aren’t accepted, and we may disqualify anyone who enters more than once using different details.
Choosing and paying the winner
- We choose the winner at random from all valid entries within 7 days after each draw closes. Each draw is overseen by an independent accountant or attorney.
- We’ll contact the winner by phone and email. If they don’t reply within 7 days, aren’t eligible or can’t be verified, we’ll draw another winner.
- The winner must show their South African ID so we can confirm their identity, age and residency. We pay the prize within 14 days of verification.
- We will never ask you to pay anything to receive a prize. The winner doesn’t have to take part in any publicity.
Your answers and your information
- Survey answers are stored anonymously and separately from your entry details. We only publish combined statistics. Your answers are never shared with lenders and don’t affect your eligibility for credit.
- We only use your name, mobile number and email to run the draw and contact the winner, and to email you if you chose to receive updates.
- We delete non-winning entries after each draw. We keep the winner’s records for three years, as the Consumer Protection Act requires.

Changes and contact
We may update these rules by publishing changes on this page, without reducing the rights of people who have already entered the current draw. The draw is run by Instant Loans SA. Questions: support@instantloanssa.co.za.
Instant Loans SA is a credit broker, not a lender. This draw is separate from our loan matching service.
