Sean McCullough was born in Newry, Ireland in 1971. He moved to Johannesburg with his family as a young teenager, where he stayed for many years. After working for many years as a self-taught web designer, he studied developmental science at Stellenbosch Business School in the early 2000s. This led to a fulfilling career in risk assessment that spanned markets from car insurance to furniture outlets. Eventually leading to the formation of ILSA.
